Monal Gajjar, the actress of Sigaram Thodu, Vanavarayan Vallavarayan fame was said to be a part of actress Dhanush's upcoming movie VIP2. Her role is similar to that of Surabhi in the first part. And the latest development is that she has walked out of the movie due to date issues.
Though she has tried to allocate dates for VIP2, she couldn't and then finally made a decision to opt out of the project. Her replacement in the project is yet to be known.
Bollywood actress Kajol, Amala Paul, Samuthirakani, Saranya Ponvannan are already part of the cast. Sean Roldon composes the music.
