Three direct Tamil films are scheduled to release. Vijay Antony’s ‘Salim’, Karthi starrer ‘Madras’ and Mano Bala’s debut production venture ‘Sadhuranga Vettai’ will be hitting the on account of Ramzan festival.
‘Madras’ is being directed by Ranjith of ‘Attakathi’ fame and the film stars Karthi and Catherine Theresa in lead roles. ‘Salim’ is Vijay Antony’s second attempt as the lead hero after the success of ‘Naan’. The film has been directed by debutante Nirmal Kumar and stars Aksha Pardasany as the female lead.
‘Sathuranga Vettai’ stars Natraj aka Natty in lead role and it touted to be a thriller that has been directed by H.Vinoth. The film will have a grand release as it has been acquired by N.Lingusamy;s Thirrupathi Brothers.
