Looks like it’s nalla neram for the young heartthrob of Mollywood, Nivin Pauly. After the success of Alphonse Putharen’s Yuvvh and Neram, the director has roped in his lucky mascot once again in his next movie titled Premam. As the title suggests, it is a pure love story, which will be produced by director Anwar Rasheed.
Alphonse Putharen’ s bilingual ‘Neram’ was a super hit in both Malayalam and Tamil. Nazriya Nazim and Nivin Pauly became very popular through Putharen’ s directorial debut.Alphonse Putharen had a plan to remake ‘Shutter’ to Hindi but last month he tweeted that he had cancelled his Hindi Project due to some technical problems.Talking about his hero and the rest of the crew, his post further said, “It’s not Naveen, not Nevin, not Nithin, not Navin… Nivin Pauly is the hero. Except for a few members, the rest of the team will be the same as Neram. This will be our second movie together. But the risk and anxiety are double this time, and so would be our dedication.”
Confirming the news, Nivin says, “Yes, I will be part of Premam. It is a different feel to work with Alphonse and team. I’m glad to be back with them. I have a performance-oriented role in this one too. Since the scripting is currently going on, I don’t have the liberty to talk more about the movie.”
Nivin also says that the shoot will take some time to c o m p l e t e. “The film is set to start rolling in May. The shoot will be on for more than t h re e months,” he adds. Premam will be a youthful romantic movie and it is expected to be released on Christmas 2014.The latest outing of Pauly's Ohm Shanthi Oshanna and 1983 are superhits.Chitralokam wishes all the success to Pauly-Putharen combo...!!
