If reliable sources in the industry are to be believed, Karthi and Jyotika will act together in a thriller which will be directed by Jeethu Joseph of Drishyam fame. To be produced by Viacom 18, the other details of the project are yet to be revealed.
Now Karthi is working on his 18th flick directed by Maanagaram fame Lokesh Kanagaraj, and it has been speculated that the movie is titled Kaidhi, and the first look of this gangster flick without a heroine, and happening over a night is expected soon. Following this quickie, Karthi will begin shooting for his next movie directed by Remo fame Bakkiyaraj Kannan, which will be a romantic family drama costarring Rashmika Mandanna.
Director Jeethu Joseph, best known for his Malayalam blockbusters My Boss, Drishyam and its Tamil remake Papanasam starring Kamal Haasan.An official announcement is expected soon on this news.
