Udhayanidhi Stalin, who is awaiting the release of Seenu Ramasamy’s Kanne Kalaimaane, is all set to start shooting for his next with Mu Maran, the director of the recent action-thriller, Iravukku Aayiram Kangal. The new, film which is a crime thriller has been titled Kannai Nambathey, from the first line of a chartbuster song from a MGR film.
The movie, which went on floors on Monday and it is produced by V.N. Ranjith Kumar and Satish playing an important supporting role. Sam CS of Vikram Vedha fame has been roped in to compose music for the film and Sridhar will be cranking the camera.
Aathmika started her career impressively with Meesaya Murukku but her subsequent films Naragasooran with Arvind Swamy and Kaateri with Vaibhav are yet to release. The pretty actress has been roped in for this Udhayanidhi film. Udhay has Angel and Psycho which are in various stages of production.

Tryambaka (Siva, or Virabhadra, according to the commentator) then cuts off the head of Daksha, but not without some difficulty.
