Fahadh Faasil's Monsoon Mangoes will reportedly be released by Januvary 2016. The team actor had travelled to USA to shoot the film earlier this year.
Abi Varghese of Akkarakazchakal fame directs the film with Jakes Bejoy handling the music department.The film stars an ensemble cast of Iswarya Menon,Vinay Fort, and Vijay Raaz, and is produced by Thampy Antony.
Fahadh Faasil will be playing the character DP Pallickal in the movie. As per the reports, Monsoon Mangoes revolves around the issues faced by the Malayalees who live in America.The film was originally intended to have the title Bourbon Street, which was later changed to Njan D P Pallikkal and finally to Monsoon Mangoes.
Fahadh, meanwhile, has finished filming for Maheshinte Prathikaaram and Naale with the former directed by Dileesh Pothen being his next release.
