The shooting of Prithviraj's new film 'Pavada' directed by Marthandan is in progress. Thodupuzha and Ernakulam are the main locations.The film revolves around the unlikely friendship that he has with an English professor named Babu Joseph.
Prithviraj is playing a villager named Joy in Paavada. Joy is an alcoholic, who is ready to do any kind of job. His wife Sinimol is a nurse working in a nearby hospital. Miya George plays the heroine.Anoop Menon does a prominent role in the movie.
The cast also includes Asha Sarath, Murali Gopy, Maniyanpillai Raju, Nedumudi Venu, Manikkuttan, Sudheer Karamana, Siddique and Kalabhavan Shajon. Pradeep Nair wields the camera, while the music director is debutant Aby.Bipin Chandran scripts the story by Shebin Varghese.Paavada is being produced by Maniyanpillai Raju.
