Success brings fortunes may be an adage but it is always true ,especially in film industry.Director M.Manikandan who has directed national award winning film Kaaka Muttai, is now preparing for his next project which is touted to be a crime thriller. Reportedly, the director has now narrated the script to Vijay Sethupathi, who was much impressed with it and has accepted to act in it. But he is yet to allot the dates for the movie.
Vijay Sethupathi who has acted in the short films directed by Manikandan shares a good freindship with him and they will soon work together on a film. The ‘Soodhu Kavvum’ actor is also going to fund this project apart from acting in the lead role.Ilayaraja will be composing for the thriller.Vijay Sethupathi currently busy with Naanum Rowdydhaan,Untitled Nalan Kumarasamy Project and Iraivi.Orange Mittai is his next outing.
