Soon the Malayalam movie lovers will see their favourite actor in the role of a producer. Yes, the promising actor of Mollywood, Nivin Pauly is said to wear the cap of a producer in the upcoming movie 'Action Hero Biju'. Nivin will also be seen as the lead actor in this movie directed by Abrid Shine, the director of the ever hit movie, 1983.
This is not for the first time, Malayalam movie industry is seeing actor turned producer. Young actors like Prithviraj, Jayasurya and Fahadh Faasil has already tried their luck in film production. In most of these movies, the producers were the lead actors too. Fahadh's last movie 'Iyobinte Pusthakam' was produced by himself and Amal Neerad (Director). Like that in the movie 'Punyalan Agarbhathis', Jayasurya handled both the role of an actor and a producer.
Nivin, who started his career with 'Malarvadi Arts Club', has now transformed himself into one of the mainstream actors of the Malayalam movie industry. His last release was 'Vikramadithyan', in which he had a cameo appearance. His upcoming release is 'Mili', directed by Rajesh Pillai. Amala Paul, Sanusha, Praveena, Sai Kumar etc will be seen with him in 'Mili'.
