Story:
Manglish is the second directional venture of Salaam Bapu after his critically acclaimed movie Red Wine starring Mohanlal in the lead role. Manglish is about relation developed between foreign girl and a fish auctionner in kochi harbour.Tharakan Malik (Mammootty)a a wholesale fish dealer and a hard worker in Kochi based harbor, who wish to help poors and lead a happy life, thus he became a super hero in the harbor.Nothing will ever happen in the harbour without Malik Bhai’s knowledge.Boss (Tiny Tom) is his wingman. He is loved by many and hated by few. Leading a happy life with his family including his sister Mumtaz (Srinda Ashab) and her daughter. Movie will shift to another gear, once he accedently met a foreign girl.In Manglish sea will be an important part too. Sooner a romantic interest sprouts in both of them. But Michelle had some secret motives. What do Michelle really want from Malik Bhai? Who is Michelle? Can Bhai help her?
