Suresh Gopi and Renji Panikkar back with Lelam 2

Lelam, the movie directed by Joshy and written by Renji Panickker is undoubtedly the most top rated blockbusters of all time. The movie upon its release in 1998 emerged as a bumper hit, and the character of Chackochi enacted by Suresh Gopi became immortal in the minds of Keralites. The recent news from this corner is regarding a possible sequel which is titled as Lelam 2.

Suresh Gopi is on a roll nowadays ever since the news of superstar announced his comeback to movies.Currently he is busy with Dolphin Bar and Appothikkiri and a couple other movies too are on cards.Renji Panikkar will  be direct and penned the story and script.The script work of the movie is in progress, and if everything goes well, the movie will go on floor from April 2014.
