Ladies and Gentleman Movie Review -- A Lalism Movie

The opening shot after the Title Card itself shows Mohanlal. Anu, Achu (Aswathi), Jyothi, and Chinnu are the four ladies. Achu is running an IT company. Anu and Chinnu belongs to IT field. Sarath lends complete support and assistance to this lady wing. The first half deals with how Bose helps a team set up a new IT company and how he guides them to be succesfull professionally and personally. Bose is approached by the team of ladies whenever there is a problem in their life or office. Bose with his magic touch and support of Achu (Bose's wife) resolves all the problems. The proceedings has some freshness during this part of the movie. Chandrabose (Called as Bose by all and Chandru by his wife) gets involved in the proceedings of the ladies things starts looking well. The movie takes on a good turn and gets successfull in getting the viewers engaged in the proceedings. There are several one liners in between from Shajon which brings the house down. Then towards the interval the stage is set for Bose's flashback and the interval comes with a so called twist which opens up towards Bose's flashback and love like. The problem with the twist is that it is very predictable from the starting of the movie.

The second half was supposed to be the best being short and based on the reports heards. 2nd half especially the flash back scenes could not make any impact. Meera did her part well. After flash back then it is the turn of Ladies to return the favours done Gentleman. They acquaint Chandrabose and feel that they should know more details about Chandrabose. Siddique very dramatically picturizes the changes that evolve in the life of these four ladies with the influence of Chandrabose.Their attempts to bring the Gentleman back to life.

Kalabhavan Shajon, Manoj K Jayan, Ganesh Kumar, Nazer, Latheef, and Abu Salim are also cast in important roles.

Written by Siddique, Satish Kurup is the cinematographer. Under the banner of Ashirwad Cinemas, 'Ladies and Gentleman' is produced by Antony Perumbavoor. Ratheesh Vega tunes music for the lines of Rafeeq Ahamed.
