Mammootty’s Ameer to go on floors in June

It was announced already that Mammootty will collaborating with Haneef Adeni for the third time, titled Ameer, began already and we hear that the shooting will commence in June this year. The movie, which will have Mammootty playing an underworld don based in Dubai. 

Meanwhile, the shoots of two other Mammootty projects, Unda and Maamankam, are progressing smoothly. The actor’s next theatrical release,  will be MadhuraRaja directed by Pulimurugan-fame Vysakh. The film, scheduled for release in April, sees Vysakh reuniting with the actor once again after Pokkiri Raja. The cast of the movie includes Shine Tom Chacko, Sudhi Koppa, Jacob Gregory, Dileesh Pothan, Alencier and Omkar Das Manikpuri.
