The Big Budget movie Marakkar with Priyadarshan and Mohanlal has started shooting in Hyderabad. The shooting of the film is completed on a 100 day long schedule. Priyadarshan, director of the movie, has earlier made it clear in the interview that the movie will be released in 2020 because the post production of the film is going to be a lot of time and needs more attention time.
The film is shot at Hyderabad Ramoji City. The ship's other images of the ship were viral on social media. The art director is Bahubali's art director Sabu Cyril. Ooty and Rameswaram are the other locations in the movie.Pranav Mohanlal is doing a cameo role in Marakkar.
The film also stars Arjun Sarja, Sunil Shetty, Manju Warrier, Keerthi Suresh, Madhu and Kalyani Priyadarshan.
