Expectations are high for Thala's 'Vedalam'. The first look teaser of Ajith Kumar’s Vedalam has seen an unforeseen or unheralded success of creating a revolution in the Tamil film industry.
Apparently, with the response getting huge and bigger every day, the music director of this film, Anirudh has tweeted on his micro-blogging page that the audio launch of the film will be held on 16th of October which is a surprise on his birthday for his fans and thala fans have already started to celebrate Oct 16th.
A teaser of "Vedalam" was released recently and the background score gave a glimpse of Anirudh's music for Ajith's movie. It is believed that the album has five songs and a theme song composed for Thala will be a bonus for the Kollywood audience.Hence,"Vedalam" album might also be released directly to stores. The one major reason why Ajith's movie albums are being released directly is because he neither promotes his films nor attends movie events. The actor believes that good work does not need to be promoted and gets publicity on its own through good word-of-mouth by audience.
