Critically acclaimed director, Karthik Subburaj,after the success of 'Pizza' and 'Jigarthanda', went on the floors with the shooting of Iraivi.Sudio Green production in association with ThiruKumaran entertainment is producing this movie.
Iraivi, incidentally, is a multi-starrer that has Vijay Sethupathi, SJ Suryah, and Bobby Simhaa in the lead roles with Anjali and Ananya playing the heroine. Santhosh Narayanan will compose some mass tunes for this movie and Gavemic U Ary of 'Jigarthanda' fame will handle the camera.Iravi being produced by CV Kumar’s Thirukumaran Entertainment. It is worth mentioning here that Karthik Subburaj had teamed up with Vijay Sethupathi in Pizza and Bobby Simhaa in Jigarthanda, both of which were phenomenal hits.u
