In an interesting revelation, director Anil Radhakrishnan revealed that it was none other than Prithviraj who choreographed the stunts for co-star Asif Ali, for the movie 'Sapthamasree Thaskara.
Director Anil Radhakrishnan Menon says, "The film's stunt master was not present on that day and the scene we had to shoot was Asif Ali's introduction in the movie. I was not quite sure how to go about it; such a sequence was not there in my first film North 24 Kaatham. That is when Prithviraj stepped in to help me!"
Apparently, the crew took more than five hours to shoot the scene and they had a lot of fun too in the process. "Previously, Prithviraj had directed certain short stunt sequences for Santosh Sivan's Urumi and so, he was sure how to go about it," Anil explains.
Even as the director was standing tensed, thinking of what next to do, the actor stepped in confidently. Prithviraj doesn't have much action sequences in the movie. But Asif Ali has a lot of such scenes, with even his introduction scene involving stunts. It was this sequence which Prithviraj choreographed.
The film is the story of seven thieves. In addition to Asif Ali and Prithviraj, Nedumudi Venu, Neeraj Madhav, Chemban Vinod, Salaam Bukhari and Karamana Sudheer play the protagonists in the film. Reenu Mathews is the female lead, and the music is by Rex Vijayan.
