Actress Revathi Divorced

Turning the pages to 27 years back, 'Mouna Ragam' continues to be the only divorce that is entertaining. It was the same year when the lead lady of the film, Revathi, tied the knot with director-cinematographer Suresh Menon. In the next few years, Revathi was not seen on the big screen until a few years later, when she re-entered the glitz through 'Pudhiya Mugam', along side her real-life husband, who was the producer of the film.

However, after a clear 26 years from the happy occasion, misunderstanding had led the couple to seek the help of legal justice. They had filed for a divorce, by mutual consent, in October 2012. The judgment was arrived at, by Honorable Judge Raja Chokalingam, on April 22nd this year, when the couple were given a divorce.
